Check In Time is 3:00p.m. and Check Out Time is 11:00 a.m.
All rates are based on Double Occupancy. Taxes and Fees will be summarized on your confirmation page. Additional guests over two years or older will be charged $30.00 per person/per night. Please note that some weekends in season require a minimum of two (2) nights stay and some holidays in season require a three (3) night minimum to book.
One night's stay plus tax is required as a deposit to secure your reservation.
We have a 7 day cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 7 days' notice, you forfeit your entire deposit. If you cancel 7 or more days before your arrival date, there is a $25.00 processing fee and the balance is refunded. We do not offer refunds or changes to reservations due to weather conditions, unless we are notified by the local authorities in our immediate area of unsafe weather conditions and it is unsafe to stay in Rehoboth Beach. We do not offer refunds for early departures.
Non-refundable reservations made in advance require a deposit of the full amount of the stay and cannot be refunded.
For your health and safety, we are a completely smoke-free property, including all guest rooms, balconies, and public areas. There will be a minimum of $250.00 charged to sanitize or clean any area damaged or soiled by smoke. We also charge for any unnecessary damage to our rooms or property.
For our guests with allergies, we do not allow pets of any kind in our rooms. We charge a $250.00 fee for any unregistered pet.
We offer one (1) complimentary parking space for each room booked during your stay. All vehicles must be moved upon check out at 11:00 a.m. to make room for arriving guests. The hotel's parking entrance is 40 Lake Avenue.
All guest reservations require a 21 year old or older person make the reservation and each room requires an adult 21 years or older in every room.
Accommodation Tax: The State of Delaware charges an 11% Accommodation Tax on all reservations.
Amenities Fee: The Hotel Rehoboth charges a 10% Amentities Fee to all reservations, which covers the many amenities the hotel offers, including our newly catered breakfast by Lupo Italian Kitchen, early evening refreshments & snacks, turn down service, and (in season) heated outdoor pool and boardwalk shuttle service with beach towels and chairs.
Packages and Specials cannot be combined and require advanced reservations.
