Hotel Rehoboth terms and conditions

Rates are based on single or double occupancy and are exclusive of 8% tourism tax. Children two (2) years old and under stay free with parent in room, all other guests over the age of tow (2) will be chaged $25.00 + tax, per night with a maximum of 4 persons in a room. Roll away fee $25.00 per night and Crib fee is $15.00 per night.

One (1) night’s room + tax is required at point of reservation. You must be 21 years old or older to make a reservation and we require at least one 21 year old person in a room. Cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to arrival to avoid forfeit of deposit (one night's room + tax). A $25.00 cancellation fee is levied in all cases.

For your health and comfort we are a completely smoke-free facility including all guest rooms, balconies, pool area and public areas. We take this policy seriously and will charge $250.00 to sanitize any area damaged or soiled by smoke. Parking for one vehicle is complimentary.
