PLEASE NOTE, All rates are based on double or single occupancy and are exclusive of 8% tourism tax. Children 2 and under stay free with parent in room, all other guests will be charged $30.00 per night + tax with a maximum of 4 in a room - rollaway fee is $25.00 per night.  Advanced reservations required with one night's room + tax at point of reservation.  Please note;  We do not allow outside bedding of any kind or bicycles in rooms.  We are a completely smoke free facility including all guestrooms, balconies, pool area and public areas and will charge a minimum of $250.00 to clean and sanitize an area.  We will charge for unnecessary damage to any room.  You must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation and there must be at least one 21 year old person in room.  Dinner may not exceed $100.00.  * Gift card needed for Summer House or Salt Air package - must see our front desk for this option.  All discounts, reservations & spa treatments are based on availability.
