Terms & Conditions

Rates are for two adults. Additional persons (maximum 5 per room) is $35.00 plus 8% tax, per person. One night’s room and tax deposit required at point reservation is made. 7 day advance cancellation policy. $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations inside the 7 day cancellation policy forfeits deposit. Our children's policy is $25.00 plus tax, per night, for children 7 to 17. 6 and under are free in the same room with parents. 18 and up are considered adults. Rates subject to change without notice. Holiday/special event rates may be higher. We are an entirely smoke-free property including rooms, balconies, pool area and all public spaces. $250.00 cleaning fee for violations. One Vehicle per guest room. Rollaways are $25.00 plus tax per night. Cribs are $15.00 plus tax per night.
